chicken

Ingredients for two: 
-2 Chicken thighs 
tomato -1 
potatoes -2 
Onion -1 
garlic -2 
Green pepper -1 
-laurel 
-oil 
-salt and pepper 
preparation: 
This recipe is as simple as inserting all ingredients in a bowl, put the chicken thighs in the background. 
chop all tomatoes, onions, potatoes, garlic and green pepper, add olive oil bay leaves, salt and pepper. 
  cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put in the microwave on high for 25 minutes.
